Non-Returnable/Nonrefundable Items: All items purchased on Shalu Music online are non-returnable/ non-refundable. The only exception is made for products received in damaged or defective condition, and this information is sent to us by e-mail within the stipulated period. Please do not accept any packages that are damaged or tampered with. In such a case, please return the product to the courier delivery person immediately. All customers are requested to inform us of any products that were delivered incorrectly, products damaged in transit, and products with manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery to the customer’s address. Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
